One-to-one mentorship
A stronger
sense of self.
For people who have read, tried, and reflected but still can't quite live what they know.
This is a mentorship rooted in Āyurveda and the contemplative traditions of India, adapted to your current life.
You already know a lot about your health.
That's not the problem.
There's no shortage of information out there.
The hard part isn't knowing what might help. It's knowing what's actually yours to apply, and finding the capacity to live it.
My work begins where the reading stops.
A mind-body practice drawing on Āyurveda and the contemplative traditions of India, where we move from something you've understood into something you've integrated, at your own pace, in your real life.
Where do you recognise yourself?
The work meets you where you are.
Mental weight you can't seem to put down
Anxiety, overthinking, self-criticism, the sense of always bracing for something, a tired mind that won't rest. You've tried to manage it, but it keeps finding its way back.
You're carrying something mentally, and trying harder isn't moving it.
Patterns you've seen clearly, and still can't change
The habit you keep returning to, the relationship dynamic you see but repeat, the decisions you make tired that you regret rested. You understand it. You've even named it. It still runs you.
You've done the insight work. Now you need the living work.
A life that needs a different shape
Not in crisis, but not quite yours either. Routines that don't fit, rhythms that drain, the sense that your days are happening to you rather than being lived. You want to build something different, slowly, and for real.
You want to live differently, and you're ready for that to take time.
Working alongside a diagnosis
If you're living with a chronic condition — PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid, autoimmune, IBS, perimenopause, anxiety or depression under clinical care — this work doesn't replace your medical care. It sits alongside it, working with the daily life around the diagnosis: the rhythm, the mental load, the patterns that either support or drain you.
I'm not treating your condition. I'm walking with how you live with it.
The work begins by steadying what's underneath.

Who I am, and how I work.
I mentor people through Āyurveda and the contemplative traditions of India — a body of knowledge that has studied the mind, the body, and the life around them for thousands of years. I am someone who has lived these practices, and who walks with people as they do the same.
My work draws on Āyurveda, yoga, and the wider contemplative sciences of India. Not as ancient material to be admired, but as a living toolkit for understanding how a mind forms, where it gets caught, and how it can steady itself again. I study modern psychology alongside this, so that what I offer stays in conversation with the present.
What I do is older and quieter than therapy or coaching, the work of mentoring someone through the patterns that shape their days, the habits that hold them back, and the small daily practices that, over time, let a different life settle in.
What interests me most is what happens when these teachings meet a weeknight, a difficult colleague, a body that's tired, a question you can't stop thinking about. That's where the tradition becomes useful, and where my work begins — adapted for the way we actually live now, not frozen in how it was once practised.
If any of this resonates, the next step is simply a conversation. No preparation needed, just a chance for us both to see if this is the right fit.
