Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to services provided by Jaya Ayurveda (Prachi Deshpande), based in Baar, Switzerland. By booking a session or programme, you agree to them.
Scope of services
Jaya Ayurveda offers mentorship and mind-body practice rooted in Āyurveda and the contemplative traditions of India. These services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment. If you are under medical care, continue to follow your clinician's advice.
Booking and scheduling
Sessions are booked by appointment. The three-month programme includes the sessions, notes, and messaging support described on the Work With Me page. The orientation call is free and non-binding.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment arrangements for the three-month programme are discussed and confirmed during the free orientation call. Payment options (full or in instalments) are agreed in writing before the work begins. Invoices are sent by email.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions are charged in full. If you need to pause the programme for personal reasons, we can extend the timeline and resume when you are ready.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during sessions is confidential. Notes are kept privately and not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Liability
Services are provided in good faith and to the best of professional ability. Jaya Ayurveda accepts no liability for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including how suggestions are applied in daily life. Nothing in these terms limits liability where Swiss law does not permit it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms for future engagements. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to you.
