What we collect and why
When you visit this site, minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) is logged by our hosting provider Vercel Inc. for up to 30 days, for security and reliability. When you book an orientation call through the booking calendar, Google Appointment Scheduling collects the information you provide (name, email, any message you leave) so the meeting can be created and confirmed.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These services are cookie-free and do not track individuals across websites. No personally identifying information is collected.
Booking and scheduling
The booking calendar is provided by Google Appointment Scheduling (part of Google Workspace). When you book a call, your booking data is stored in Google Calendar and you receive email confirmations from Google. Google may set cookies necessary for the booking widget to function.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The embedded Google Appointment Scheduling widget may set essential cookies required for the booking flow.
Third parties that process your data
Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA / EU). Booking: Google LLC (USA / EU). Each acts as a data processor under contract with us or directly with you. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
How long we keep your data
Booking requests are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as long as required for our working relationship and applicable Swiss accounting rules (typically 10 years for financial records). Server logs are retained by Vercel for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. Write to info@jaya-ayurveda.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
