The Process

Work
With Me

A collaborative process that unfolds gradually.

One way of working. Three months. Paced to your capacity.

This page covers the structure and what's included. Everything starts with a free orientation call. No preparation needed.

For the approach behind this work, see the Method.

Is this the right fit?

This work is for people who want to understand what's underneath their patterns, not just manage them. Who are willing to work slowly, and trust that slower is more durable.

It isn't for people looking for a protocol, a plan to follow, or a result within a fixed timeframe.

The first step is a free orientation call, twenty minutes, online, in English or French. No preparation needed, no commitment required.

If you're unsure, the orientation call is the right place to find out. That's what it's for.

How the three months unfold

Month one

Settling

Three sessions in four weeks. Early momentum and a clear direction. By the end, a small, stable daily foundation to build from. Nothing dramatic. That's the point.

Month two

Deepening

Three sessions, every two weeks. The pace steadies, and the work goes further. This is often where something shifts that wasn't visible in month one.

Month three

Integration

Two sessions, every two weeks. Practices that are working become yours. The last session closes the process properly, with a full review.

What's included

Eight sessions across three months, each sixty minutes, with a longer opening and closing session of seventy-five minutes each.

After every session, a written note arrives within 2 business days — a recap of what we discussed, the practices or reflections we agreed on, and anything worth carrying forward. You don't need to take notes during the session itself.

Between sessions, small practices and reflections to work with in your own time — chosen for what you're working on, never more than feels doable.

If we work with a breathing or body practice, I'll record it for you to return to in your own time.

Between sessions, I'm reachable by WhatsApp and email for quick clarifications.

The process includes

  • all eight sessions
  • personalised notes after every session
  • practices and reflections between sessions
  • practice recordings
  • messaging support between sessions

Begin when you're ready

A conversation is all it takes to find out if this is the right fit.

FAQs

No. Most people who work with me know very little about Ayurveda when we begin, and that's fine. Where it's relevant, I explain what I'm drawing on and why. The work doesn't require you to have read anything, believed anything, or practised anything beforehand.

Not at all. Many of the people I work with are already under medical or psychological care. This work sits alongside that, not in place of it. I'm not treating your condition. I'm working with how you live with it — the daily patterns, the mental load, the rhythm of your days.

It depends on what you mean by help. I won't promise that working with me will resolve a diagnosis. What I can do is work with the patterns and habits that are making daily life harder, and support you with the practices and lifestyle adjustments that help the body and mind hold steadier alongside your care.

It varies. Some people notice shifts in the first few weeks. For others it's quieter and slower. The work is designed to create changes that hold, rather than changes that feel dramatic and then fade. Steadiness takes longer to arrive than intensity. It also lasts longer.

The three-month process has a proper closing session and ends as a complete piece of work. For some people that's enough. Where it feels right, I invite clients to ongoing support — monthly sessions, seasonal check-ins, or occasional sessions as needed.

Life happens. We can extend the timeline and pick up where we left off. The sessions don't disappear.

No. All sessions are one to one, just the two of us. The work is built entirely around you.

That's worth saying out loud — and the right place to say it is in a session. Uncertainty about whether something is working is often itself part of the pattern we're looking at.

I work with anyone who feels the work is relevant to them. If it resonates, that's enough.

Both. Sessions can be online or in person, depending on what works best for you. Most of the work translates well to either format — we'll decide together what suits your situation, and it can change over the course of the three months if needed.

When a breathing or body practice is part of your work, I record a short video or audio with clear instructions that you can return to between sessions. If anything is unclear or doesn't feel right in your body, you can message me between sessions and we'll adjust it. Nothing is left to guesswork.
