Ayurvedic remedies for constipation, bloating and an unbalanced digestive rhythm
Supporting bowel function and digestion during recovery

About the workshop
Digestive problems are common during recovery after surgery or medical treatment. Many people experience constipation, bloating, a feeling of fullness, reduced appetite or irregular bowel movements. These symptoms may result from the body's healing process, reduced mobility, medication, and disruption of normal daily rhythm.
This practical workshop introduces simple Ayurvedic approaches that can support healthy digestion and regular bowel movements during recovery.
The workshop does not replace medical advice or follow-up care. Instead, it offers practical understanding of how warmth, regularity, appropriate food, adequate hydration, gentle movement and simple daily routines can help restore natural digestive rhythm.
During the workshop you will learn
- How Ayurveda understands constipation, bloating and impaired digestion
- How different foods influence digestive function
- Dietary principles that help support digestion and regular bowel movements
- How stress, tension and daily rhythm influence digestion
- Simple daily rituals that support bowel activity
- A guided abdominal self-treatment to encourage healthy digestion (guided by Olivia-Grace Trivun)
